Role Overview The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for a marquee client account, partnering closely with client hiring managers and stakeholders to build out their India team. This role requires strong sourcing ability, stakeholder management skills, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where you represent both MOAR and the client's employer brand.
The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and levels simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure — for assigned client requisitions.
- Partner with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit against role and culture requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client panels, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiate compensation within approved bands, and drive candidates to closure.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and share regular updates with client stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, representing the client's employer brand professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the ATS/tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the broader MOAR talent team to share market insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment,
preferably a mix of agency/RPO and in-house or client-embedded hiring.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and other talent platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client hiring managers.
- Comfort working on-site at a client's Koramangala office and representing both MOAR and the client professionally.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a client environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for a Global Capability Center (GCC), technology company, or professional services firm.
- Experience hiring across a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
