About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical recruiting, with specific expertise in sourcing professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology sectors.

As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top engineering talent for our clients.

Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the demands of the fast-paced semiconductor industry.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with a background in semiconductor recruitment.



A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology, engineering roles, and the development lifecycle is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent, particularly within electronics, hardware, or embedded technology sectors.

Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are critical, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, and manufacturing roles.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

Recruit for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, and Process Engineers.





Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and candidate databases to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient tracking.

Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates and clients to foster trust and facilitate future recruitment needs.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor sector to enhance sourcing strategies.
