Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Assam, India. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with operations and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and maintain accurate staffing plans.

The Recruiter will create and post job advertisements, maintain candidate pipelines,



manage communication with applicants, and support onboarding activities. The position also requires maintaining recruitment reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications

Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Experience collaborating with hiring managers, preparing job descriptions, and aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Understanding of basic HR practices, local labor regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruiting experience in logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors is an advantage.

Comfort working on-site in Assam and willingness to collaborate closely with regional operations teams.
