We manage all operations in-house, giving us complete control over quality, execution, and delivery while building teams that support cutting-edge AI projects.

Role Overview We are looking for a Recruiter to manage hiring for Operations, Field Teams, Corporate Functions, and other business roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Field Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers, Associates, Interns, and support functions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and local hiring channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.





Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Prepare offer letters, coordinate onboarding, and maintain joining documentation.

Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and hiring reports.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure all hiring activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of recruitment experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.

Experience in volume hiring or operations hiring is preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.

Ability to manage multiple openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
