Position: Recovery Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs, rentals, and outstanding payments through calls and field visits (if required).
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely collections.
- Update daily recovery status, payment commitments, and collection reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, and Finance teams regarding pending recovery cases.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and repayment schedules.
- Ensure recovery targets are achieved within the assigned timeline.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all recovery activities.
- Follow company policies and legal guidelines while carrying out recovery activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in collections/recovery (preferred).
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
