Job Summary:

The Recovery Assistant will support the Sr. Recovery Executive in managing outstanding payments, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining records, and assisting in smooth execution of recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Sr. Recovery Executive in tracking and managing outstanding payments.

· Make regular follow-ups with customers via calls, messages, and emails for payment collection.

· Maintain and update recovery records, payment status, and customer communication logs.

· Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams for billing and payment-related clarifications.

· Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports and share updates with the Sr. Executive.

· Support in resolving customer queries related to pending payments.

· Ensure proper documentation of recovery cases and payment proofs.





· Follow company policies and maintain professionalism during customer interactions.

Required Skills:

· Positive communication and negotiation skills.

· Basic knowledge of billing and payment processes.

· Proficiency in MS Excel.

· Ability to handle follow-ups and work under pressure.

Qualification:

· Mandatory: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in recovery, collections, or accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
