Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Preferred Candidate: Female

What You'll Do:

- Be the first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and creating a positive first impression.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department and assist them with their queries.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area with all necessary stationery and office materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure workplace security by maintaining visitor records, monitoring the reception logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Monitor front office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as required.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, update calendars, and arrange travel, accommodation,



and vouchers when needed.
- Maintain records of office expenses and administrative costs accurately.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, photocopying, document preparation, and other clerical duties as required.
