The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing calls, and providing excellent front-desk support to students and clients.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries.

Provide basic information about study abroad services and direct clients to the appropriate department.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with counsellors and other team members.

Handle correspondence, emails, and basic administrative tasks.

Provide excellent customer service and support to students and clients.





Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other relevant office tools.

A pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or the study abroad industry is an advantage.
