Monterra Global Acres is hiring an experienced Real Estate Manager to manage residential and commercial real estate projects in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals with 3–6 years of experience in project execution, construction coordination, site management, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards, controlling budgets, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor residential and commercial real estate projects.

Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.





Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Monitor project progress and resolve construction or operational issues.

Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Ensure projects comply with local building regulations and safety requirements.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure Project Management.

Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, and site coordination.

Experience managing contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Job Details
