Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our real estate projects, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and current offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify interested buyers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service,



or real estate (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or similar software).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate sales or telecalling.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
