Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication for conversions. Maintain and update customer data and ensure timely reporting.
Coordinate with legal and technical teams for seamless client servicing. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated with market trends, RERA developments, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities. Basic knowledge of sales processes and client relationship management. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Real estate or RERA industry experience preferred.
Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales or real estate sales.
Ability to build long-term client relationships. Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
