Job Overview

Humanova is seeking an experienced Real Estate Expert Trainer to design and deliver customized Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs for professionals in the Real Estate sector.

The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge with strong facilitation skills and can create engaging learning experiences using real workplace scenarios, case studies, simulations, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver customized ILT programs for Real Estate organizations.
- Develop learning content tailored to client business objectives and industry challenges.
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions using practical exercises, discussions, simulations, and case studies.
- Drive behavioural change in areas such as ownership, accountability, collaboration, leadership, communication, and workplace effectiveness.




- Adapt training content for employees across different functions and experience levels.
- Measure learning outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
