About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Expert to lead our on-ground operations in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the real estate industry who understands the local market, has strong broker and channel partner relationships, and can bridge the gap between field intelligence and our data-driven platform.

You will be responsible for managing broker networks, overseeing field operations, collecting high-quality market intelligence, and providing property expertise to both internal teams and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesBroker & Channel Partner Management

Build, onboard, and manage a strong network of brokers and channel partners.

Develop long-term relationships to ensure continuous collaboration and deal flow.

Keep the broker ecosystem active, engaged, and productive.

Field Operations

Lead on-ground property surveys and market data collection.

Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable field intelligence.

Coordinate with field executives and stakeholders to streamline operations.

Property Advisory

Provide expert property consultations to clients and internal teams.

Offer insights on market trends, pricing,



investment opportunities, and locality intelligence.

Support decision-making through practical market expertise.

Data Quality & Team Management

Manage and guide data collection teams.

Ensure data captured is complete, accurate, and validated.

Monitor data quality and maintain operational standards.

Market Research

Research and analyze

Real estate market trends

Property valuations

Legal and regulatory developments

Investment opportunities

Present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience working as a Real Estate Broker or with a Real Estate Firm (Mandatory).

Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

Knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and regulatory processes.

Experience managing broker relationships and channel partners.

Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable with extensive field work.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in Kannada (preferred).

Positive negotiation and relationship management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
