- Position : Real Estate Agent / Telecaller
- Work Mode: Remote
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary : Up to INR 40,000/month (based on experience, skills, and profile suitability)

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate telecalling, and customer qualification.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and identify genuine buying opportunities.
- Experience handling real estate inquiries, follow-ups,



and appointment scheduling.
- Good knowledge of customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and engage with potential clients through outbound calls.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain effective communication with prospects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
- Build strong client relationships through skilled and consultative communication.
