Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Engineer to build high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native internals, mobile architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and close collaboration with design and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers.
- Optimize application performance, startup time, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Work with Expo and Bare React Native CLI based on project requirements.
- Understand and troubleshoot React Native internals, including JSI and Metro Bundler.




- Debug complex issues across Android and iOS platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
- Ensure application quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

Required Skills

- 5–6 years of mobile application development experience.
- Strong expertise in React Native .
- Hands-on experience with Expo and Bare React Native CLI .
- Deep understanding of JavaScript Interface (JSI) .
- Strong understanding of Metro Bundler and the React Native build process.
- Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
- Ability to translate Figma designs into production-ready mobile applications.
- Experience with Figma developer handoff and design implementation.
- Strong experience in mobile application performance optimization.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Native Android (Kotlin) and/or Native iOS (Swift).
- Knowledge of React Native New Architecture (Fabric and TurboModules).
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs and native modules.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices.
