React Developer — Web + Mobile (ReactJS + React Native)

Location: Fully Remote (India) Type: Full time Experience: 1–2 years

About Us

We build MyDukan ERP (mydukan.org) — a retail ERP used by real businesses every day for billing, inventory, and store operations. Founder-led, small team, ship-fast culture. You'll own features end-to-end across web and mobile.

The Role

You'll work directly on MyDukan ERP:

- ReactJS web app (dashboards, billing, reports)
- React Native apps for Android and iOS
- Features from design to Play Store / App Store release

How We Work With AI We actively use Claude and AI coding tools — speed matters. But AI is your assistant, not your replacement:
- You must understand every line, even AI-generated
- You review, test, and own all shipped code
- Blind copy-paste is a dealbreaker
- Interviews include explaining code line-by-line

If AI writes it and it breaks at 2 AM, you can fix it. That's the bar.

Responsibilities

- Build responsive ReactJS web interfaces
- Develop React Native apps for both platforms
- Integrate REST APIs and handle app state
- Use AI tools to accelerate, then verify everything
- Debug, refactor, and optimize AI-assisted code
- Handle Play Store and App Store releases
- Fix production bugs independently and quickly
- Write clean, maintainable, documented code

Requirements




- 1+ years of ReactJS production experience
- Hands-on React Native experience (Android + iOS)
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals — closures, async, promises
- Solid understanding of React internals — hooks, rendering, state
- REST API integration experience
- Git proficiency — branches, PRs, reviews
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Can explain any code you ship, line-by-line
- App release experience (Play Store / App Store)

Nice to Have
- TypeScript
- State management — Redux, Zustand, or similar
- Native modules or bridging experience
- OTA updates (CodePush or similar)
- CI/CD pipelines for mobile
- ERP / POS / billing domain exposure

Interview Process
1. Screening call — background and AI workflow discussion
2. Practical task — build a small feature (AI allowed)
3. Code walkthrough — explain your submission line-by-line
4. Final discussion — culture fit and offer
