- Design and improve existing products to enhance quality, performance, and cost.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare manufacturing documents, work instructions, BOMs, and process flow charts.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, procurement, and suppliers to ensure smooth product launches.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product and process failures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Monitor production performance, yield, and cost, and recommend improvements.
- Support validation, pilot production, and mass production activities.
- Train production teams on current products, processes, and equipment.
- Maintain technical documentation and engineering change records.
