This is a builder role focused on experimentation, automation, and AI-powered product capabilities.

Company: Cybermind Works Role: R&D; & Automation Engineer Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Experience 1–2.5 years of hands-on software development experience

Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js

Practical experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms

Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

Able to independently research, prototype, and solve engineering problems Responsibilities Research and benchmark AI/voice technologies

Run experiments to reduce cost-per-minute while maintaining quality

Research alternatives across the AI voice stack and document findings

Build business automations

Automate hiring workflows

Automate AI-based candidate screening

Automate lead routing and follow-up sequences

Integrate APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp, CRM, email, and internal systems

Design reliable workflows with retry and failure recovery

Develop customer-facing analytics features

Build inbound automation from website forms

Support AI-powered lead qualification
