8–12 years of experience in retail collections, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.

Experience managing secured and/or unsecured retail loan portfolios.

Proven track record of achieving collection targets and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Expertise in retail collections and delinquency management.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
