Job Profile Analyst/Senior Analyst, Reporting (R2R)

ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Responsibilities

1 Reporting & Compliance Responsibilities

- Deliver scheduled reporting outputs (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and validate financial statements, perform variance analysis, and provide commentary.
- Support BPC submissions across multiple entities; ensure mapping accuracy and perform data tieouts.
- Maintain auditready documentation and comply with internal controls and SOPs.
- Compile and reconcile inventory and costing reports using SAP; perform freight accruals, GR/IR reviews, and stock movement analysis.
- Prepare overhead/cost Centre reporting and plantlevel analytics to support transparency.
- Refresh FP&A; packs, AR reports, and sales variance reporting; collaborate with FP&A; and commercial teams for accuracy.

Prepare VAT/ECSL and other compliance schedules; support withholding tax calculations and audit requirements. 2 Customer Service

- Handle reporting queries from markets and corporate teams as the first point of contact.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to stakeholder questions.
- Collaborate with General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Asset, Treasury, and Business teams to resolve issues.
- Support resolution of data integrity, reporting timeline, and compliancerelated matters.
- Assist stakeholders with queries on financial statements, consolidation entries, adjustments, and reporting requirements.
- Communicate proactively to maintain stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.

3 Internal Processes

- Follow standardized reporting processes and support automation initiatives to reduce manual errors.
- Maintain and update SOPs for assigned reporting activities.




- Track KPIs and SLAs for reporting tasks and share updates with the team lead.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements in daily activities.

Participate in knowledgesharing sessions and contribute to team learning. 4 Innovation and Learning

- Suggest ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains in reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to use automation or digital tools in routine tasks.
- Take part in knowledgesharing sessions and apply lessons learned to daily work.

Continuously build skills and stay updated on reporting tools and best practices. 5 Teamwork & Communication

- Display good team player skills
- Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from Team Lead / Tower Lead
- Ensure a customer centric and partnership approach to develop strong relationships with other working groups

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS ESSENTIALDESIRED

- B.com / M.com / CA Inter/CMA inter/MBA finanace
- 2 7 years of experience
- Good Understanding of General accounting
- 1 2 years of experience in RTR
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Knowledge of Local GAAP
- Knowledge of SOX, and IFRS
- Experience in SSC/ BPO/ KPO
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Valuable analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work
- Knowledge of any of the regional languages
- Prior experience in directly interacting with international stakeholders (US / UK - for international positions)
- Experience in transition / Knowledge transfer (Previous experience receiving transition)
- Experience in creating and taking ownership of process SOPs /DTPs
