We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D; Manager in Organic Synthesis to lead our research and development efforts in this field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic chemistry and a proven track record of successfully leading R&D; projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of scientists and researchers in the organic synthesis department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for organic synthesis research aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation and creativity in the development of recent organic synthesis methodologies and processes.
- Oversee the design, execution, and optimization of organic synthesis experiments and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical chemistry, process engineering, and product development to ensure seamless integration of organic synthesis research into product development pipelines.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in organic chemistry and related fields, and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the R&D; process.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all organic synthesis research activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing,
and continuous learning within the organic synthesis team
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
Requirements
- PhD / Msc in Organic Chemistry or related field with a minimum of [15] years of industry experience in organic synthesis research.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading R&D; teams and projects.
- Expertise in a wide range of organic synthesis techniques, including modern synthetic methodologies, reaction mechanisms, and characterization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovation and creativity in organic synthesis research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to organic synthesis research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
