Position : Quantity Surveyor & Projects Coordinator (Civil)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at studio LINEDESIGN located in Delhi, India. As a Quantity Surveyor, your day-to-day tasks will include cost control, bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. You will be responsible for accurately estimating and managing the costs of construction projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation,



and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills

Experience in creating and managing bill of quantities (BOQ)

Strong knowledge of cost planning and analysis

Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management

Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
