We are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor (Fresher) who can join us at Walls Asia Architects and Engineers. This position offers an excellent platform for a civil engineer to establish a strong base in cost control and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Estimate the cost of materials required for the project
- Financial Management of construction projects – residential, high-rise or infrastructural
- Contribute to ensuring that projects run according to schedule and budget
- Effective management of construction cost and production
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks
- Identify, analyze changes in the design and construction of the project and estimate budget accordingly
- Prepare and analyze costing for tendering process
- Analyze the performance of projects and write reports
- Client requirement development support
Requirements
- Creative and innovative approach towards problem solving
- Numeracy skills and financial management skills
- Will to learn advanced software for design and costing
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 1 year of experience is preferred (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English
