About the Position We are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor (Fresher) who can join us at Walls Asia Architects and Engineers. This position offers an excellent platform for a civil engineer to establish a solid base in cost control and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities Estimate the cost of materials required for the project

Financial Management of construction projects – residential, high-rise or infrastructural

Contribute to ensuring that projects run according to schedule and budget

Efficient management of construction cost and production

Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks

Identify, analyze changes in the design and construction of the project and estimate budget accordingly

Prepare and analyze costing for tendering process





Analyze the performance of projects and write reports

Client requirement development support Requirements Creative and innovative approach towards problem solving

Numeracy skills and financial management skills

Will to learn advanced software for design and costing

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 1 year of experience is preferred (freshers are welcome to apply)
