We are looking for a Quantity & Procurement Engineer to join our growing team.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs & material estimates
- Analyze drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Handle material procurement as per project requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and site teams
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement of materials at competitive prices
- Monitor material consumption, costs and project requirements
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders and documentation
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure uninterrupted work progress
• Assist in cost control and quantity reconciliation
? Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying & Procurement – Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis and quantity calculation
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials and vendors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and project teams
• Candidates with relevant Civil Engineering / Diploma background preferred
