Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Team Management

Any graduate degree / relevant certification Job Responsibilities: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts. Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes. Prepare reports and provide insights to sales management regarding performance findings.

Qualifications: Proven experience in sales quality assurance or a similar role within the sales domain.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.

Team handling Experience.
