Role Description The Quality Manager role at Pahwa Forge is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Quality

Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes for forged components and tractor spare parts, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management procedures, monitoring production quality, conducting inspections and audits, managing non-conformance reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves coordinating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, maintaining documentation for certifications and customer requirements,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and consistency.

The Quality

Manager will interact with domestic and international customers on quality-related matters and support long-term business relationships through consistent quality performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control in manufacturing, preferably in forgings, automotive, or agricultural components.
- Knowledge of quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO 9001,, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and material standards relevant to forged and machined components.
- Proficiency in inspection methods and use of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, hardness testers, CMM is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production teams, suppliers, and customers on quality-related issues.
- Experience in documenting and maintaining quality records, reports, and compliance-related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma.
- Experience with OEM and export-oriented business environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ludhiana and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
