We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in Hyundai Mobis (HMI Mobis) or other Korean automotive companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading quality operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives..
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and process improvements.
- Experience working with Hyundai Mobis, Hyundai, Kia, Mando, HL Mando, Hanon Systems, SL Corporation, ILJIN, Donghee, Seoyon, or other Korean automotive suppliers.
- Experience in customer audits and supplier quality management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
