We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a solid background in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in Hyundai Mobis (HMI Mobis) or other Korean automotive companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading quality operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives..
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and process improvements.
- Experience working with Hyundai Mobis, Hyundai, Kia, Mando, HL Mando,
- Experience in customer audits and supplier quality management.
- Process Exp : stamping , Injection ( +paint shop )
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹55,464.70 - ₹75,469.18 per month
