- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) as per customer requirements.
- Carry out in-process and final inspection of products as per inspection plans.
- Conduct visual inspection as per customer specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, Depth Gauge, and Thread Gauges.
- Verify the calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain all quality documents and records.
- Identify, segregate, and control Non-Conforming (NC) products as per company procedures.
- Escalate quality issues immediately to the concerned supervisor and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure traceability and product identification throughout the inspection process.




- Maintain 5S and valuable housekeeping in the quality inspection area.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements and company safety procedures.
- Ensure 100% PPE compliance while working in the plant.
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near misses, incidents, and quality concerns immediately.
- Handle materials and measuring instruments safely to prevent damage or injury.
- Support internal, customer, and external quality audits whenever required.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to achieve quality and productivity targets.
