Improving

Quality of incoming, incoming in process and outgoing products.

- Data and defect trend analysis.
- Root cause analysis, minimizing the fixed and variable causes of defects.
- Solving product Quality problems by SQC methods.
- Providing support to manufacturing for timely inspection of products.
- Analysing and eliminating customer complaints by using 8-D approach.
- Inprocess and final shipment audits.
- Establishing right quality management systems for effective product quality.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Coordinating with ASME AI for inspection on the shoploor and addessing AI quality concerns
- Quality improvement and cost saving initiatives.
- Coordinating the third party inspection visits on the shopfloor.




- Participate in the team efforts to identify the root causes and its implementation for product rework, rejections or customer complaints.
- Monitor the Quaity Management Systems on the production shopfloor
- Identify the potential quality problems and take corrective actions proactively.

Qualification: BE Mechanical Experience: Minimum 4-6 Yrs. in Quality Assurance The position involves working in 3 shifts.
