About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our new products meet the highest quality standards from conception through launch. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, review design validation activities, and implement quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics engineering and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Proven knowledge and understanding of AI applications in product development and quality assurance processes.





Prior experience in new product development, design review, and quality management systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams.

Knowledge of industry standards such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, PPAP, and process capability studies.

Ability to support internal and external audits, including customer PPAP audits.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Responsibilities Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards, ensuring quality standards are integrated into every phase.

Attend and contribute to design reviews, ensuring that quality requirements are thoroughly addressed and documented.

Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities to identify potential risks and ensure proper validation procedures are followed.

Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked, implemented, and closed effectively.

Review supplier quality activities related to new product development, including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies, to ensure supplier compliance and quality standards.





Implement lessons learned from previous projects and promote continual quality improvements across processes.

Ensure product and process quality compliance during all development stages, adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality concerns identified in new products, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

Support internal audits and customer PPAP audits to maintain compliance and quality certifications.
