About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team at Indication Instruments Limited. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new product development processes. This position requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, risk management, and process improvement, supporting the company’s mission to deliver creative and dependable measurement instruments.

The Quality

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, manufacturing, and supplier quality to uphold the highest standards of product excellence from conception through launch.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field. Candidates with a strong understanding of AI applications in quality processes will have an added advantage.

Relevant experience in new product development, quality assurance, and supplier quality management is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

Attend and contribute to design reviews,



providing insights to address quality requirements effectively.

Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities to identify potential risks and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place.

Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked, monitored, and closed in a timely manner.

Review supplier quality activities related to new product development, including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies, to ensure supplier compliance and quality standards.

Implement lessons learned from previous projects and promote continual quality improvements across processes and products.

Ensure product and process quality compliance during the development stage, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in recent products, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and sustainably.

Support internal audits and customer PPAP audits, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
