About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Accops. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance for our products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manual testing, networking, virtualization, and automation to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer expectations and industry standards. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or from our Pune office, providing an excellent opportunity for a skilled looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record in manual testing and networking domains. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields such as BCA, MCA, or BTech (preferably in Computer Science or IT) is required.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect management, and test planning is essential. Additional certifications or experience in automation testing, performance testing tools, and virtualization platforms will be considered advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.





Responsibilities As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Accops, your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for all QA activities related to product releases. You will lead and mentor the QA team, manage external testing resources, and ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards.

Your role will involve performing root-cause analysis on complex networking or virtualization issues, designing comprehensive test plans, and establishing effective QA processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams to understand customer requirements, translate them into test cases, and oversee the automation framework to improve testing efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and tracking quality metrics, preparing detailed documentation, and supporting product communication flows and guides.

Your expertise will help in delivering products that are reliable, secure, and aligned with customer expectations.
