About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new product developments from conception through launch. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in electronics and quality management processes, including knowledge of AI applications in quality assurance.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, mitigate risks, and uphold our company's standards for excellence.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.

- Proven experience in product development, quality assurance, or related roles within the electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of design review processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, and validation activities.
- Knowledge of AI applications and their integration into quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities - Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards,



ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

- Attend and contribute to design reviews to address quality requirements and identify potential issues early in the development process.
- Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities to ensure comprehensive risk assessment and validation.
- Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed effectively.
- Review supplier quality activities related to new product development, including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies, to maintain supply chain integrity.
- Ensure the implementation of lessons learned and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives across teams.
- Oversee product and process quality compliance during the development stage, ensuring all standards are met.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new products, facilitating root cause analysis and resolution.
- Support internal audits and customer PPAP audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
