Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control professional to inspect doors and windows during installation, ensuring products meet company quality standards while working closely with installation and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection

- Conduct quality control inspections while doors and windows are being installed at site
- Perform dimensional checks (including diagonal measurements for squareness) and visual inspection of frames, hardware, locks, and plastic/PVC components
- Inspect sealant/silicone application to ensure uniform, gap-free finishing

Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all products comply with company quality standards and industry regulations
- Stay current with relevant codes and standards for door/window installation

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with production, design, and installation teams to resolve quality issues




- Provide feedback to installation teams on recurring defects and coordinate pre-handover inspections

Process Improvement

- Develop and refine QC checklists to improve reliability and reduce defect rates
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for systemic issues

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and QC documentation
- Track quality metrics and report trends to management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Quality Control, specifically within doors and windows manufacturing or installation • Familiarity with QC methodologies and inspection tools (calipers, diagonal tape, feeler gauges)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
