Role Description The Quality Assurance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day quality checks on platform features, workflows, and integrations to ensure they meet defined standards and functional requirements.

The technician will create and execute test cases, document defects, verify fixes, and collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to support continuous improvement. Typical activities include monitoring quality metrics, assisting in root-cause analysis,



supporting calibration of testing tools or processes, and ensuring compliance with internal quality management procedures. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation, contributing to process optimization, and helping safeguard a reliable and consistent user experience for customers and candidates.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design, execute, and document tests that ensure product reliability and adherence to standards.
- Experience with Quality Management practices to support continuous improvement, maintain procedures, and contribute to compliance with internal policies.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify patterns, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Familiarity with Calibration of tools, test environments, or measurement processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality evaluations.
- Relevant experience in software or platform testing, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or AI-powered products.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency with basic testing tools, issue-tracking systems, and documentation platforms; exposure to automation or API testing is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
