About the Role

Chetaru Web Link is looking for a hands-on QA Tester to own quality across our client web and mobile projects. You will be the last checkpoint before anything reaches a client or goes live. We need someone who tests thoroughly, documents clearly, and does not pass work forward until it actually works.

This is a full-time on-site position at our Indore office. Candidates must be currently based in Indore or willing to relocate before joining. We are not considering remote or hybrid applicants for this role. What You'll Do

Test WordPress and WooCommerce websites — themes, plugins, forms, checkout flows, payment gateways, and post-update regression

Test Shopify stores — product and variant setup, cart and checkout, discount logic, app integrations, and theme customisations

Test Laravel web applications — user roles and permissions, CRUD flows, form validation, API responses, and admin panels

Test Flutter mobile applications on both Android and iOS — UI behaviour across screen sizes, offline handling, app permissions, and API integration

Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge; desktop, tablet, mobile)

Verify responsive layouts and styling against approved designs

Write and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and checklists for each project

Log defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual behaviour, environment details, and screenshots or screen recordings

Retest fixes and confirm closure — no bug is marked resolved without verification

Run pre-deployment and post-deployment sanity checks on live sites

Carry out routine health checks on all running client sites (broken links, forms, page load, SSL, console errors, plugin/version issues)





Work directly alongside developers and project leads in-office for faster defect turnaround

Share daily and weekly QA status reports with the project lead What We're Looking For

Based in Indore or able to relocate — this is a strictly in office role with no work-from-home option

[1–3] years of hands-on manual testing experience on web and mobile projects

Working understanding of WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and Flutter applications from a tester's perspective

Strong grasp of QA fundamentals — functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI/UX, and compatibility testing

Ability to write clear, structured bug reports and test documentation in English

Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)

Basic API testing using Postman

Comfort reading HTML/CSS and using browser developer tools to identify front-end issues

Attention to detail and the discipline to follow a checklist end to end

Willingness to take ownership — flagging a problem is expected, not optional Good to Have

Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)

Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar device-cloud platforms

Exposure to Firebase App Distribution, TestFlight, or Google Play internal testing

Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance in the practical assessment
