? We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager – Food Operations At Gupta Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. (GHSPL), quality and food safety are at the heart of everything we do. Serving 50,000+ meals daily to leading MNCs and corporates, we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen our central kitchen and multi-site catering operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP and GHP standards
- Conduct regular food safety, hygiene and quality audits across all locations
- Manage SOPs, documentation, traceability and statutory compliance
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities through RCA and CAPA
- Monitor raw materials, vendors, production processes, storage and food dispatch
- Conduct regular training for production, service and site teams
- Coordinate internal, client and third-party audits Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualification in Food Technology,



Food Science, Microbiology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in industrial catering, institutional food services, central kitchens or large-scale food manufacturing will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems, audits and team management
