About the Role

We are looking for a proactive QMS Coordinator to strengthen and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ISO management systems, internal audits, documentation control, CAPA, and regulatory compliance within manufacturing, agriculture, biotechnology, food, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, conduct, and document Internal Audits as per ISO standards.
- Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate External, Surveillance, and Certification Audits.
- Manage CAPA, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals, Work Instructions, and controlled documents.
- Conduct employee training on ISO standards, QMS, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Support Management Review Meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, customer, and organizational quality requirements.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
