Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing enterprise eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, API validation, and end-to-end testing within Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments.

You will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications.
- Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
- Validate core eCommerce functionalities including:
- Product Catalog
- Search & Navigation
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout
- Pricing & Promotions
- Customer Accounts
- Order Management
- Test integrations with Salesforce CRM, Payment Gateways, Tax Services, Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve application defects.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Create and maintain test documentation, defect reports, test execution reports, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
- Support release validation, production deployment, and post-release verification activities.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing experience.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.

- Search & Navigation
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout
- Pricing & Promotions
- Customer Accounts
- Order Management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Storefront Architecture.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Good understanding of REST and SOAP Web Services .
- Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps .
- Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation and verification.




- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on enterprise-scale eCommerce applications.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automation best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
