We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA processes, hands-on experience with bug tracking tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Exposure to automation, especially leveraging AI-driven testing tools, is a plus. Key Responsibilities
Understand product requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications to ensure product quality
Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies Required Skills
1-4 years of experience in software testing (manual QA)
Strong understanding of QA lifecycle, STLC, and defect management
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar bug tracking tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities Valuable to Have
Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks
