Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, results-oriented AI & Platform QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven products and platform. This role is critical to delivering exceptional user experiences and maintaining the integrity of our AI agents. You will own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution - working closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to design robust test frameworks, validate AI model outputs, and ensure seamless platform performance from development through to release.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for AI and platform features.
- Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, fairness, and bias.
- Perform API testing for model and platform integrations.
- Conduct performance and load testing for the platform.
- Collaborate with engineers to reproduce, document, and track bugs.
- Ensure data quality in AI training and inference pipelines.
- Maintain and improve automation frameworks for faster release cycles.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven QA experience, ideally in AI or data-driven applications.
- Strong hands-on skills with automation tools.
- Strong skills in API testing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, datasets, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
