About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Accops. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, particularly in networking, virtualization, and security domains. This role involves leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for designing comprehensive test strategies, managing testing processes, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in manual testing within a relevant domain. Educational qualifications include a BCA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology. Strong technical acumen in networking, virtualization, and security concepts is essential.





Candidates should demonstrate expertise in test management tools, defect tracking, and test plan development. Additional certifications or hands-on experience in automation, performance testing, or related fields will be considered advantageous. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Accops, your primary responsibilities will include acting as the key point of contact for all QA-related activities during product releases. You will lead and mentor QA team members and manage external contract testers to ensure seamless testing processes.

Your role will involve performing root-cause analysis on complex networking or virtualization issues, guiding teams in understanding requirements, and designing boundary test cases to optimize testing efficiency. You will collaborate with development teams to understand customer requirements, ensuring these are accurately translated into test cases and validation procedures. Establishing and evolving QA processes to improve product delivery efficiency and quality will be a core aspect of your role.

You will oversee all quality assurance metrics, apply industry best practices, and develop new tools and methodologies to meet quality goals. Additionally,



you will be responsible for reviewing test plans, managing defect prioritization, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of testing activities and product communication flows. Your technical expertise will be vital in understanding server configurations, networking concepts, and virtualization platforms to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
