We are seeking a meticulous, results-oriented AI & Platform QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven products and platform. This role is critical to delivering exceptional user experiences and maintaining the integrity of our AI agents. You will own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution - working closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to design robust test frameworks, validate AI model outputs, and ensure seamless platform performance from development through to release.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for AI and platform features.
Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, fairness, and bias.
Perform API testing for model and platform integrations.
Conduct performance and load testing for the platform.
Collaborate with engineers to reproduce, document, and track bugs.
Ensure data quality in AI training and inference pipelines.
Maintain and improve automation frameworks for faster release cycles.
Perform regression testing to verify fixes and updates. Requirements
3+ years of proven QA experience, ideally in AI or data-driven applications.
Strong hands-on skills with automation tools.
Strong skills in API testing.
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, datasets, and model evaluation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
