Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quality Assurance Analyst role based in Jaipur.

The Quality Assurance

Analyst will design, execute, and document manual test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and specifications, identifying defects, performing regression and usability testing, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues. The role also involves contributing to quality control processes,



maintaining test documentation, and providing clear, data-driven feedback on product quality and risks. The analyst will help continuously improve testing practices and support release readiness for client-facing solutions.

Qualifications

- At-least 1-2 years of work experience as a QA.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify issues, and evaluate product quality.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to define standards, implement test processes, and ensure consistent delivery.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing and Test Cases skills to plan, execute, and document structured tests across different platforms.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and test management tools is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience testing web, mobile, or custom software applications in a professional environment is a plus.
