- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Surgery Medical Coding.
- Prior experience as a Quality Analyst/QA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and official coding guidelines.
- Only Certified coders (CPC, CCS, or CIC) preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and quality reporting.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
