Role Overview:
As an Engineering Manager at Qentelli in Hyderabad, you will lead high-performing development teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical architecture and business objectives, ensuring that project delivery remains aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects by managing timelines, resources, and technical risks to ensure client satisfaction.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot to meet evolving business requirements.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and delivery management for 10 to 16 years.
