Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing of injectable products.
- Conduct line clearance activities before and after production operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor aseptic practices and cleanliness in sterile manufacturing areas.
- Perform sampling and in-process testing as per specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Microbiology departments for smooth operations.
- Identify and report deviations, incidents, and non-conformities.
- Support investigations, CAPA implementation, and audit readiness activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and IPQC records.
- Ensure calibration status and proper usage of instruments/equipment.
