We're Hiring: QC Inspection Engineer

Gazelle Information Technologies is building out our on-ground QC data team for a current defence production digitization project at Avadi. If you're an engineering graduate or Polytechnic diploma holder from the Avadi/Thiruvallur area looking to start your career in a real, high-precision manufacturing environment — this is for you.

What You'll Do

- Collect Quality Control (QC) inspection data directly at every stage of the production line
- Accurately enter and update inspection data in our QC software/database in real time
- Analyze inspection records to spot trends, deviations, and recurring defects
- Cross-check data completeness and accuracy against physical inspection reports
- Flag non-conformances and anomalies to your supervisor promptly
- Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation for every inspection stage

- Industry QC software — hands-on experience with a professional digital QC data and analytics platform
- Inspection standards — how components are checked, measured, and signed off at each production stage

- End-to-end quality workflow — from shop-floor inspection to database entry to reporting up the chain
- Documentation & compliance discipline — the recordkeeping standards expected in defence production

Who We're Looking For
- Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering, or
- Fresh Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech — Mechanical / Production / Industrial) — freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with basic computer use (MS Excel, data entry); willingness to learn new software
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working on the shop floor
- Candidates local to Avadi/Thiruvallur strongly preferred
- No prior work experience required — full on-the-job training provided
